Ingredients
- 1 slice thick-cut white bread (4 cm)
- 50 g chicken
- 50 g shrimp and squid
- Carrot and peas
- 150 ml milk
- 15 g butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- Oil for frying
How to make it (one way)
- Deep-fry the bread until golden.
- Cut off the top as a lid and hollow out the inside.
- Sauté the fillings in butter and sprinkle in the flour.
- Add milk and simmer until thick.
- Fill the bread box and put the lid on.
