Ingredients

Can't find it? Couscous with a splash of vinegar gets you close.

How to make it (one way)

  1. Peel and grate the cassava
  2. Mix in the starter and ferment for 2–3 days
  3. Squeeze out the liquid in a cloth
  4. Crumble into grains and sun-dry briefly
  5. Steam until fluffy
⚠️ Raw cassava is toxic. It must be fermented and cooked properly.
