Ingredients
- Iguana meat, 1 animal
- Onion 1
- Green bell pepper 1
- Tomato 1
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili, a little
- Salt, a pinch
How to make it (one way)
- Butcher the iguana and cut into pieces
- Sauté the onion, pepper and garlic
- Add the meat, tomato and water
- Season with chili and salt and simmer until tender
- Serve as a soup with bread or rice
