Ingredients
- 1 unsliced white loaf
- 400g mutton or chicken
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 garlic clove and 1 knob ginger
- 2 tbsp oil
How to make it (one way)
- Fry onion, garlic and ginger in oil
- Add curry powder and tomato and cook down
- Add meat, potatoes and water, simmer about 40 min
- Cut the loaf in half and hollow it out
- Fill with curry and use the scooped bread as a lid
