Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 3 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Ketchup
- Cabbage and tomato salad
How to make it (one way)
- Cut potatoes into thin sticks and rinse
- Deep-fry until crisp
- Spread the fries in a frying pan
- Pour beaten eggs over and let them set
- Flip, cook both sides and top with ketchup
