Ingredients
- Lime gelatin mix 1 packet
- Hot water 250 ml
- Cold water 200 ml
- Cucumber and celery, a little
- Canned pineapple
- Mayonnaise (optional)
How to make it (one way)
- Dissolve the gelatin mix in the hot water and add the cold water
- Chill in the fridge until it starts to set
- Mix in the chopped vegetables and pineapple
- Pour into a mold and chill for 4 hours
- Turn out onto a plate and serve on a bed of lettuce
