Ingredients
- Bull testicles 2
- Flour 1 cup
- Cornmeal 1/2 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder, a pinch
- Oil for frying, as needed
- Cocktail sauce, as needed
How to make it (one way)
- Cut away and peel off the tough outer membrane with a knife
- Slice about 5 mm thick and soak in milk for 1 hour to remove odors
- Mix the flour, cornmeal and spices
- Dip in beaten egg and coat with the flour mix
- Fry at 180°C until golden and dip in cocktail sauce
