Ingredients
- Rice 360 ml (2 Japanese rice cups)
- Lamb (or beef) 300 g
- Carrots 2
- Onion 1
- Garlic 1 head
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Chickpeas, if you like
