Ingredients
- Chicken breast 50 g
- Milk 1 L
- Sugar 150 g
- Rice flour 60 g
- Vanilla, a little
- Cinnamon, a little
Can't find it? Chicken tenders work instead of breast.
How to make it (one way)
- Boil the chicken breast and shred it along the grain into thread-thin strands
- Soak the shreds in water to remove any smell
- Put the milk, sugar and rice flour in a pot and cook on low, stirring, until thick
- Add the chicken and vanilla and beat well for another 5 minutes
- Pour into bowls, chill, and sprinkle with cinnamon
