How to make it (one way)

  1. Heat the stones in the fire until red-hot
  2. Remove the bones and meat through the neck, keeping the skin whole like a bag
  3. Fill the skin with layers of meat, salt and hot stones, then tie it shut
  4. Singe off the outer hair with a torch while rolling the whole thing around
  5. Roll the warm stones in your hands to warm up, then eat the meat
⚠️ You really can't make this at home. Try it on a local tour.
