Ingredients
- 2 kg bone-in mutton
- 10 fist-size river stones
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp salt
- 300 ml water
Can't find it? Lamb works instead of mutton.
How to make it (one way)
- Heat the stones in a fire until red-hot.
- Layer meat, hot stones and vegetables in a milk can.
- Add water and salt and close the lid.
- Cook over the fire for over an hour.
- Pull out the stones, roll them in your hands, then eat.
⚠️ The stones are scorching. A fully sealed container can build dangerous pressure.
