Ingredients
- 300 g rươi (marine worms)
- 200 g ground pork
- 3 eggs
- Tangerine peel
- Dill
- 1 scallion
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
Can't find it? Rươi are impossible to find outside Vietnam.
How to make it (one way)
- Rinse the worms and pour boiling water over them to remove slime.
- Mash them in a bowl.
- Mix in pork, eggs, chopped peel, dill, scallion and fish sauce.
- Shape into patties in a frying pan.
- Fry until golden on both sides.
