Ingredients
- 6–8 slices crustless bread
- 150 g cooked shrimp
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 2 boiled eggs
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 200 g cream cheese
- Cucumber, lemon and dill
How to make it (one way)
- Arrange bread in a round or square as the base layer
- Spread with shrimp and egg mixed with mayo, then add more bread
- Repeat for about three layers
- Frost the whole thing with cream cheese and mayo
- Decorate with salmon, shrimp, cucumber and dill, then chill
