- 2 tbsp flour
- Thin noodles
Can't find it? There's no real substitute for duck blood.
How to make it (one way)
- Stir vinegar into the blood so it won't clot
- Make a broth from the duck and vegetables
- Add the dried fruit and simmer
- Whisk in the blood mixed with flour, without boiling, until thick
- Season sweet-sour with sugar and salt, then add noodles
⚠️ Raw blood needs careful handling. Use it fresh and cook it through.
